f you are like me, working exclusively from home during the last four months has been a new, challenging, and somewhat exciting experience. The first several weeks into working from home definitely had some rough spots balancing being “in the office” and/or at home with family. After spending 8+ consecutive hours sitting in my office, I quickly burnout and realized how important taking breaks and generating a healthy mental state is to maintain productivity and efficiency. So – we put together this episode of Money Hacks inspired by a Business Insider article, “7 therapist-approved tips for making the most of a mental health day while your home is also your office” to highlight some great tips on staying mentally healthy. I give some ideas into how these same mental health themes can be applied to your financial health and well-being too.
